The Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and seasonal treats. This role also includes assisting with cake decorating, recipe prep, cleaning, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bakery items (cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc.)

• Assist with custom cake and dessert orders, including basic decorating tasks

• Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation

• Help with menu creativity and seasonal offerings

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment

• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering/restocking baking supplies

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production needs and deadlines

Qualifications:

​​

• Previous experience in a bakery, or kitchen environment preferred but not absolutely necessary!

• Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Exceptional communication skills and integrity

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Creative mindset and passion for baking (cake decorating experience is a bonus!)

• Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
