What you’ll do:

​

• Welcome guests, take orders, run POS, and provide exceptional customer service

• Prep and serve cafe drinks

• Package baked goods and help keep the display stocked and tidy

• Support light kitchen tasks and basic food prep as needed

• Keep the café guest-ready at all times (clean-as-you-go: counters, dishes, floors, washrooms, restocks)

• Help with occasional events/workshops (set up, reset, hosting support)

• Complete day-to-day operations without being told

Qualifications:

​

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (café, retail, or food service preferred) 

• Interest in coffee, baking, and/or hospitality (experience is a bonus but not required — we’ll train the right person!)

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting!

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude!

• Exceptional communication skills 

• Flexible schedule, a more concrete schedule will be developed once we get a sense of what works best for all of us! ​​

• You need constant direction to stay on task—we’re looking for someone who notices what needs doing and jumps in.

• You get overwhelmed by multitasking during rush periods

• You need a fully fixed schedule immediately (we’ll build a consistent schedule together as we grow)
