Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent service with a friendly, positive attitude 

• Take orders, prepare drinks (barista training provided), and serve baked goods

• Assist with baking prep as necessary, decorating support, and packaging orders

• Maintain a clean and organized café and kitchen area (dishes, counters, displays, washrooms, etc.)

• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately through POS system

• Help set up and restock displays, ingredients, and supplies as needed

• Follow food safety and café procedures to ensure a safe, clean environment

Qualifications:

​

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (café, retail, or food service preferred) - A food 

• Interest in coffee, baking, and/or hospitality (experience is a bonus but not required — we’ll train the right person!)

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting!

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude!

• Exceptional communication skills 

• A life-long learner - someone who is always striving to grow, learn, and reach new goals!

• Self-driven and motivated, sometimes we all have to take charge! 

• Flexible schedule, a more concrete schedule will be developed once we get a sense of what works best for all of us! ​​
